Well, we did not intend on going to Texas for Thanksgiving because we are going down there in a couple of weeks for Christmas and will be there for 2 weeks. Haley called Pa from my cell one day and made him homesick and the next morning we all had plane tickets:)

The kids were so excited to go to Victoria and hang out and see their cousins and do our big Vollmering Thanksgiving (seriously, there's like 70 people that are there and believe it or not we are all related!!). Jason, Bentley and my dad hunted everyday, most days twice. They had such a great time being outdoors in the woods! We all went out to the lease one day, including both sets of my grandparents and had hot dogs and marshmallow roasts! It was lots of fun and the kids has so much fun playing out there. We had tons of Mexican food while we were there (my scale can definitely tell:) We had such a FANTASTIC time, thanks again Mom and Dad!!! Look forward to the Christmas holidays!
